Antique Chinese elm wood cabinet, late Qing dynasty 19th century.
Three‑drawer design: two small top drawers and one large bottom drawer. Hand‑carved lotus on small drawer fronts, central panel with scrolling chilong dragon and foliage open‑relief carving. Ornate carved side brackets and scalloped apron, original brass drop pulls. Mortise and tenon construction, old natural patina, back retains original dark lacquer. Originally used as storage chest or small altar on the traditional kang bed in Northern China.Condition: Original age wear, minor edge chips, solid structure, drawers slide well, no major restoration.Keywords
