• Body & Cap: Crafted from Black Chased Hard Rubber (BCHR). The cosmetic condition of the hard rubber on this pen is exceptional. The material retains a deep, glossy black color with virtually no fading or brown oxidation. The distinct zig-zag/chevron chasing pattern is incredibly crisp, sharp, and highly tactile, indicating very little handling or use over its lifetime.

• Imprints: The barrel features a sharp and highly legible factory imprint reading: \"CONKLIN\'S SELF-FILLING PEN NON-LEAKABLE TOLEDO, OHIO U.S.A.\" along with patent dates and \"TRADE MARK 20\". The gold-tone pocket clip is clearly stamped \"Conklin\".The gold-tone pocket clip is stamped \"Conklin\", and the crescent mechanism itself is crisply stamped \"CRESCENT-FILLER TRADE MARK\".

• Primary Nib: Features an original Conklin Toledo nib with a vintage heart-shaped breather hole. The nib currently is wonderfully \'flexy\' but could definitely have a nibmeister improve it.
