Antique/Early Vintage Chinese Wood Sign with 2 Raised Seals- Signed-34.5" x 8" For Sale

Antique/ early vintage Asian wood sign, possibly one of a Chinese couplet. Raised writing, possibly poem, that may be composed of thin veneer of wood. There are areas of the writing that are missing- and others brittle. It seems that the wood piece is a black layer of a type of paint- with obvious age. It is approximately 34.5" H by 8" W. Around the entire perimeter of the sign is much bare wood about .5" and it looks like there may have been some type of border that has long been removed. Besides the Asian (possibly Chinese writing in large veneer wood characters), there is some writing along the left edge and under that there are two raised wood seals with remnants of red. On the back it is faded black, but there is additional faded writing, possibly a signature. There is a type of antique looking horizontal hanger/hook along the top edge. There is a crack or open seam in the wood board running the length vertically. This most likely is an antique, or at least an early vintage Asian piece with much age, wear and significant damage.
