Antique Late 19th Century Treen Magic Trick Cup & Cover Disappearing Ball – A/F:

A late 19th century turned boxwood magic trick. A shame, but the third section with the “ball” is missing! Including the “spike” on top of the lid, it measures 7.3cm tall. The urn has been very well turned and has beautiful age patina. There is a semi-circular crack on the outside only; there is no corresponding crack on the inside. The trick would be to make the ball appear and disappear with sleight of hand and a lot of practice! I hope that someone is looking for a replacement urn for this rare antique magic trick.
