A wonderful original antique brass bicycle kerosene lamp manufactured by Rose Manufacturing Co., Philadelphia, marked “The Neverout” and “Insulated Kerosene Safety Lamp.”
These early bicycle lamps were used on high-grade bicycles during the late Victorian and Edwardian era, approximately 1895–1915, and today are highly sought after by collectors of antique bicycles, early transportation memorabilia, and lighting.
