ANTIQUE TIFFANY & Co. MICRO GLASS BEADED GILT STERLING FRAME PURSE.

In my possession about 45 years, and never used.
Measures: 9.25\" from top of frame to base of fringe (not including chain); Chain handle 15\" long; so total length of purse is about 16.5\". 7 3/16\" wide at top of frame.
Kiss top closure with cabochon blue glass or stones.
Don\'t forget video in photo 2.
Lining ecru I believe is silk faille with no odor, holes, marks, cuts or losses.
Original beveled 3\" x 2.25\" mirror w/ finger tab (tab not counted in previous measurement) on top & elastic pocket of back as shown. Mirror fits into open pocket in lining.
On other side of interior lining is larger open pocket of the lining. Into this pocket fits a 4\" x 2.75\" golden snap envelope style flat bag for loose change or perhaps calling cards.
All fringe appears to be present & well attached, & is 1 3/16\" long.
Sterling areas are gold tone.
I see no damage or repairs.
I assume that thechain handle(not marked sterling & is not magnetic) is sterling. It is made up of egg shaped & larger oval links is 15\" long. My old hands can partially remove some of the darker areas of the chain links with rouge cloth, but I have not completed that job .
Google tells me that Tiffany imported beads from France or Germany.
Purse could be late Victorian, or Edwardian, & even shows a bit of Deco styling in some shapes on the beaded motif & little engravings into the top part of frame. (see photos) I am unsure.
