This is new wihout tags, unwashed, not worn, kept in storage since I bought the heavy duty sweatpants. Arbor makes clothing fit for people that work hard so they are built tough and there is a lot of space to move. Cold weather pants. Medium size is approximately 34 inch waist and 30 inch inseam with lots of space and room to move around. The ladderlock cinches on the sides provide some lattitude for adjusting waist size. There are cinches on the bottom of the pants to close up and tighten the bottoms so they do not catch on things and keep the warmth in. These are wonderful soft soft sweatpants for cool, cold, and colder days.
