What packaging do you use? We use eco-friendly packaging that is fully recyclable and made in the USA.
Do you gift wrap?All of our pieces are packaged perfectly for gifting! Pandora Jewelry comes withPandora Gift Packaging. ALEX and ANI in the brand name box. All other jewelrypieces comes in SPRKL brand name jewelry box. Please let us know at checkout ifany one of your pieces is a gift and we will package it individually-otherwise, wetry to be as eco-friendly as possible and package multiple items together in onebox. We also include a small, blank note for you
Can you include a hand written note for a recipient of a gift? To make it easy to send directly, we’d love to hand write your short note on a little card that’ll go inside the box. At checkout, leave your message…and don’t forget to say who it’s from!
Do you send a receipt in the package? Nope! We don’t include any order information in the packaging, so don’t worry - if you’re purchasing a gift for someone, all they’ll receive is their beautifully gift-wrapped jewelry.
When will I know my order has shipped? You’ll get a shipping confirmation email from us once your pieces are on their way.
When will my order arrive? To check the estimated arrival time for each piece, click “View Order Details” in your Purchase History - this will take you to your order status page.
How do I track my order? As soon as your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation. It will contain the tracking number that also will be added under “Purchases” and will allow you to track your shipment and estimated delivery date.
Why hasn't my package moved? Keep an eye on the tracking link for a couple of days. If it still hasn’t moved, your local post office will have the best idea of where your package will be. Still don’t have an answer? Reach out to our Care Team.
What is your response time? Our current response time is within 24 hours. We appreciate your patience while we answer every message in the order we receive them.
How much will shipping cost? Shipping costs depend on where you live and how fast you want your piece shipped to you - in other words it’s almost entirely up to you! Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
Where do you ship? We ship worldwide using International Shipping program. Though the usual transit time for international orders is between 7-15 days, please keep in mind that these times can vary greatly.
Please review your country’s customs and duty policies prior to purchasing, as we are not liable for any fees or taxes your package may be subject to upon crossing the border.
Though most packages go through customs without any additional charges, some countries will charge duty for international packages. Checking the fees of the specific destination country will help you avoid any surprises.
My order has shipped, but I haven’t received it. If you’ve received your shipping confirmation and your package is still moving according to your tracking number, please be patient as sometimes the mail can be unpredictable! Let us know if you haven't received a package after it's marked delivered or you experience an unusual delay.
Can I upgrade my shipping after I make a purchase? We cannot upgrade shipping after an order has been placed. If you need your order sooner, please contact our Care Team to cancel your current order and reorder with the appropriate shipping.
Can I change my shipping address after I make purchase? Shipping address can’t be changed after order was placed. Please reach out to our Care Team to cancel your current order and reorder with the right shipping address.
What is your return policy? We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. All items must be returned in the same condition they received with all tags attached.

Do you offer exchanges?Yes! Need a different size or want a totally different item? Send it back to us and we’ll send you the item you want instead.
Please “Contact Us” to start an exchange and we’ll provide you with a free return shipping label. Your replacement/exchange will be shipped as soon as your return will arrive at our warehouse.
How long will it take to process my refund? Please allow up to 1-2 days after your package has been delivered for your refund to be processed, and let us know is there is any way we can help in the meantime.
Once your package has been received and your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
