The 4 Gimmicked Scissors ExplainedPair 1: The "Normal" Scissors – You use these first to smoothly cut a piece of rope or paper. This proves to the audience that the scissors are perfectly ordinary, establishing your credibility.
Pair 2: The "Cut, No-Cut" / Jammed Pair – You hand this pair to your spectator. No matter how hard they pull, squeeze, or strain, they will not open at all. The moment you take them back, you seamlessly use a hidden trick release to open them effortlessly, leaving the volunteer completely bewildered.
Pair 3: The Wobbly Pair – This gimmicked pair has a completely loose pivot. When the spectator tries to use them, the blades wobble around hopelessly, completely failing to align or cut anything.
Pair 4: The Blades Away / Falling Pair – This is the ultimate "punchline" pair. As soon as the spectator takes hold of them or tries to open them, the blades completely separate or fall right off, leaving them holding empty loops.
Blades Away" pair currently acts like a regular pair of scissors and doesn't separate! I read a couple ways. This might be remedied, but I’m deciding to sell it as is and you as the buyer can attempt to fix them. The blades do pull off, but they don’t fall off.
