Our service is in South Australia. All costumes are hand made in our factory and post via Express service from China. Remote area charge may apply if you live in rural area.

We offer refund or exchange/ costume alteration for defective items/missing items/ items significantly different from our description. Please contact us within 3 days after you get your item. We will give you return instruction after defect proved. For wrong size, once confirmed the error occurred by our side, we will make a new one costume with free of charge. If this caused by the wrong measurements buyer provided, we are not responsible for refund. All costumes are made in your own size, please check your order carefully before submitting. In the event that a mistake has been made on a processed order, please email us in 24 hours after your submitting, Order Changing only works in this time frame. We ship all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting complete address information required.
