The BorgWarner 177283 is an AirWerks S300SX3 series turbocharger -- commonly referenced as the S363 for its 63mm compressor inducer and 68mm turbine exducer configuration. Rated for 500 to 750+ HP with compressor flow exceeding 75 lbs/min, this is a high-output universal turbocharger designed for diesel and gasoline applications requiring serious boost capacity. The Extended Tip Technology compressor wheel delivers the airflow of a larger wheel while retaining the low inertia and fast spool characteristics of a smaller wheel. Twin hydrodynamic journal bearings provide durable, high-speed rotational support across a wide operating range.

The T4 undivided (open volute) turbine inlet accepts a standard T4 exhaust manifold flange, and the 4.21\" Marmon V-band discharge outlet is compatible with HX40-style downpipes. Compressor and turbine housing orientation is adjustable for installation flexibility. This turbocharger is a universal fit -- it is not designed as a direct bolt-on for any specific vehicle and will require custom oil feed/drain lines, coolant lines, inlet piping, outlet piping, mounting hardware, and potentially an exhaust manifold or adapter plate depending on the application. Not legal for sale or use in California.
