Shipping & Processing Policy
Please note our processing times below, which vary by product type:
Unpainted Figures:Unpainted figures are ready to ship in approximately 1 week (5?7 business days) from the date of purchase. If you order an unpainted figure, you can expect it to be dispatched much sooner than our standard lead time.
Painted Figures:Painted figures are made to order and require approximately 4 weeks (20 business days) of processing time before shipping. This allows us to carefully paint and finish your figure to a high standard.
Combined Orders:If your order includes both painted and unpainted figures, the entire order will ship together once all items are complete (approximately 4 weeks). If you'd like your unpainted items sooner, please place separate orders.
Shipping:Once your order is dispatched, delivery times will depend on your selected shipping method and destination. Tracking information will be provided where applicable.
