There is a small corner tear on the reverse face of the dust jacket as well with some bunching. There is some shelving contact and chatter on the top and bottom edges of the dust jacket. The book has an inscription on the fly leaf from a previous owner having been given the book as a Mother\'s day present in 1983. I noted one external edge spot, possibly a finger print. The binding shows some weakness and is starting spliting at page 96/97. See photos for condition details.
