You need a CAGS Bypass!
CAGS (Computer Aided Gear Selector)disable kit. This small little connector set plugs inline with your engineharness at the transmission to disable the skip-shift feature of yourtransmission. The skip shift is the annoying 1 to 4 shift that forces theshifter to move into 4th gear instead of 2nd when shifting at slow speeds. Thisstops the shifter from moving on it's own. This will not cause a SES (ServiceEngine Soon) light, but the CAGS light will still light when the computer deemsthe shift is necessary. Harness is manufactured using the same quality wiringand connectors as OEM. Fits 93-14 Camaro 97-14 C5 C6 C7 Corvette See photo 2for location to plug in CAGS eliminator. Photo 2 is looking forward at the transmissionand diff from above to the left, should give you a clear idea of the skip shiftsolenoid's location. Unplug the connector from the solonoid and plug your CAGSeliminator into the harness on the vehicle. That's all there is to it!
