Simple chunky white creamer made by Caribe China Puerto Rico/USA as part of their restaurant ware line from the mid-20th century. Measures 3 1/4" tall and about 3 3/4" from handle to spout. The Caribe backstamp is printed on the bottom with what looks like code "V-8", which, if I'm understanding the date code system correctly, dates this piece to 1969 specifically. It's in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and only an occasional tiny scuff mark. There is a little divot on the foot which is a manufacturing defect.
