Outer Diameter: Measure across the widest point (accuracy: ±1/16\" for 10-1/16\" or smaller).
Length: Measure from end to end, excluding handles/extensions (accuracy: ±1/16\" for 31-1/8\" or shorter).
Inner Diameter: Measure the top and bottom openings (accuracy: ±1/16\" for 6\" or smaller).
