Offered here is a rare lot of four issues of Dialectics: A Marxist Literary Journal, published by the Critics Group Press in the late 1930s–early 1940s. This short-lived periodical explored literature, politics, psychology, and drama through a Marxist lens, and is today an uncommon example of American leftist cultural criticism of the period.
