I bought this directly from David’s website awhile back. All the discs appear to be in good condition. The cardboard sleeve has some signs of use and a small amount of moisture damage. There are a couple pieces of clear tape on the cardboard sleeve. The adhesive holding the plastic insert to the cardboard sleeve has come unstuck. See photos.
