1. Punch the pilot hole with your knockout set.

2. Swap in the dimple dies and draw the flare with the driver/press (or a vise with the correct hole size).

3. Deburr before forming for the crispest edge.

• Up to 18-ga mild steel (~1.2 mm)

• Up to 12-ga soft aluminum (~2.0 mm)

• Support the backside with steel backing discs/washers to prevent deflection.

• Use a light dry lube on the die faces.

• Always wear safety glasses and PPE.
