Early Kamera-Werkstätten Praktiflex 35mm SLR camera with Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 1:3.5 f=5cm lens and vintage leather ever-ready case.
Camera body serial number 7733. This appears to be an early first-generation Praktiflex example. Exact production year has not been confirmed, so no specific year is being represented.
The camera retains its waist-level finder and early-style controls. Shutter-speed dial is marked B, 20, 30, 50, 75, 100, 200, 300 and 500. An old “ASA SPEED 25” label/tape remains attached to the camera and has been left in place.
The removable film back has been opened and the film compartment appears relatively clean for its age. The cloth shutter curtain appears visually intact upon inspection. However, this camera has NOT been tested with film, and shutter speeds/accuracy and overall photographic operation have not been verified. It is being sold as an untested vintage collectible camera.
Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 1:3.5 f=5cm lens is included. Also includes the pictured vintage brown leather camera case, which shows considerable age-related wear, scuffing and deterioration.
Camera itself shows normal cosmetic wear, marks, scratches and patina consistent with its age. No attempt has been made to polish or restore it.
Please examine all photographs closely for exact cosmetic condition, markings, measurements and included items. Sold as pictured.
