Set iron to COTTON / HIGH heat setting (turn off steam).
Place patch on desired fabric location (garment should be clean & dry).
Cover patch with a thin pressing cloth or parchment paper.
Press firmly with iron for 20-30 seconds.
Turn garment inside out and iron the back for another 15-20 seconds.
Allow to cool completely before wearing.
