Fancy Victorian 1890\'s Antique Doll Dress, BLUE Polished Cotton, Ruffles & Lace For Sale

Fancy & Frilly antique doll dress....c. 1890\'s....made of blue polished cotton with lace and narrow silk ribbon trim....VERY well made....bodice and both sleeves are fully lined....measures approximately 15 1/2\" long, 5\" from shoulder to shoulder, 5\" down each sleeve, 2 3/4\" across the flat neck hole (5 1/2\" total neck circumference), and 4 1/2\" across the flat waistband ( 9\" total waist circumference)....Very Good Overall Condition....clean, but wrinkled....currently pale blue, however was originally more vivid as evidenced by darker blue hidden in the pleats, ruffles, and under the sleeves....heavier polished cotton is strong and solid....bodice and both sleeves are fully lined....a few minor flaws, all of which are visible in my photos....one ruffled cap over one sleeve has come un-sewn from the front bodice (last two photos)....narrow lace along the neckline has come un-sewn in one area (photo 22)....gathering/running stitch around one wrist has come undone (photos 12, 13)....one stain on the back of the skirt portion (photo 20)....some melting of the silk ribbon trim (photo 21)....originally closed up the back with 8 hooks and eyes, however 1 hook and 6 eyes are missing....*Dress Form is for DISPLAY ONLY and NOT INCLUDED*....from a non-smoking and pet-free home....please study all photos, feel free to ask questions, and be sure to check out my other interesting antique sales!
