We have been Fenton Art Glass Lovers and Collectors for over 50 years.
This is a piece from our personal collection.

We are entering the 4th quarter and are downsizing our collection.We have no children that areinterested in keeping our collection.We have come to realize that we mustsellour \"Pride & Joy\" collection.

Acquiringour collectionconsumed a very large portion of our spare time for the last 50+ years.On all vacations, weekends Wetraveledtoall states searching forFentonexcept forNew England andDeepSouthernStates.We shopped in hundreds of AntiqueMalls searching for Fenton items missing from our collection. Once wecould no longer find items for our initial collection (Coin Dot & Hobnail) we started collecting other patterns including the newer items produced byFentonin the 80\'s through 2003.We retired from our jobs in 1996 and started selling on in 1997. Our business, after a couple of yearswas consuming almost all of our timecausing our collection searching to slowly wind down and almost totally stoppedin 2003. Our collecting years were a blast and provided us with untold joys and satisfaction.We still love Fenton and miss our previouscollecting lifestyle. Every piece that we sell has a storythat triggers many happymemories.

We are currently selling allboxed up items that are not on Display in our Home at this time. We have over 100 large boxes in storage to sell before we get into our currently displayed items.We made a pact that we would not hold back on any item that we take out of a storage but rather list them as we unpack them.

Janet\'s primary collection is baskets. She can remember her mother visiting a 10\" Cranberry Opalescent Coin Dot Basket in a local store in Malone, NYseveral times before she purchased it.Janet\'s father and mother lived on a Dairy Farm and her father always said that Janet\'s mother kept them from loosing the farm with the money she earned teaching in a one room school during the early 40\'s. Janet\'s mom died from brest cancer when Janet was 11.When we got married her step mother presented her with the CoinDot basket. That Basket is what ignited our love for Fenton glass and set us off on a wonderful path collecting Fenton. Janet sure wanted to break pact that we mad about not holding back onany item.

This basket is in excellent Undamaged Like New Condition.
Janet admiredthisbasket but has not as yet gotaround to displaying it.

She has many other baskets on display and absolutely no room to display another. Of course that did not prevent her for purchasing another one.
