Interesting fireplace mantle with great features circa 1880. Nice big Keystone under a serpentine top mantle shelf surrounded on both sides of raised center panel triangular decoration that follows the curve of the arched opening that measures 24 inches wide and 34 inches high. Sides of the mantle are scroll sawn vines. These are set at a 45° angle. Painted over the original made to look like stone. Total width of the mantle is 55 inches wide 47 inches in height projects from the wall 9 inches. we are B & R salvage of Youngstown, Ohio and have been salvaging these beautiful pieces of the past for 35 years.
