All deliveries are tracked and monitored, including time of delivery to the location selected by the purchaser. I guarantees live species up to two hours after delivery as recorded by the carrier.
Purchaser must take a picture of the inside of the original packaging (such as container or bag) even if species is still alive. If the delivery is dead on arrival (DOA) or within two hours of delivery, then I will provide the purchaser credit or a replacement of the coral depending on availability. Purchaser will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges, but the value of DOA coral may be applied to another order for free shipping. Seller is not responsible for any shipping or weather delays caused by the carriers.
If buyer does not notify seller within the first two hours of delivery of wrong item or damage/DOA then the buyer cannot dispute charges.
