Returns
We are happy to accept returns on any unuséd part in the original packaging. We charge up to a 50% restocking fee plus return shipping on installed or uséd parts regardless of reason for return. Diagnose carefully. Often with electrical parts like control boards, another item may have failed and shorted out the control board.
Defective or broken parts do not need to be returned - we will be happy to send a replacement. Please contact us and we\'ll be happy to help.
Why buy from us?
- We ship most of our orders directly from our warehouse.
- Guaranteed good. DOA? Defective? Contact us with your model number, serial number, and a description of the problem. As long as it\'s the right part for your machine, you\'re covered for at LEAST 90 days or longer.
- We\'ll help you get the right part. No need to guess - send us your model and serial number. We would prefer you buy the right part from someone else, than the wrong part from us.
- It\'s new unless directly specified otherwise. We don\'t sell anything we can\'t offer a manufacturer\'s warranty on.
