$9.99
This vintage matchbook cover advertises Gardner\'s Store, located in Lucy\'s Crossing, promoting itself as \'THE BEST IN FOOD\'. The design features a basket overflowing with food, reflecting its focus on provisions or dining.Likely dating from the 1940s-1960s based on the \'Easton 2-9182\' phone number format, it was manufactured by Match Corp of America, Chicago. The cover is in fair condition with significant soiling, staining, and some creasing, consistent with its age; the striker is present but shows wear, and matches are absent.
