Getzen D Trumpet, 300 Series. Silver Plated. This is Getzen\'s \"entry level\" D trumpet, but it\'s really a beauty and solidly built. And of course the valves are legendary Getzen valves. Originally, this probably came with Eb and D slides, but at this point it only has D slides. Based on the serial number it seems it was built around 1974, but it does not look that old. It was well cared for. (Getzen serial numbers are not easy to track.) It has just been serviced and it is in excellent playing condition. Only very minor signs of use. Slides and valves are all smooth and fast. Does not come with a mouthpiece, but any standard trumpet mouthpiece will work. Comes with a case. Probably not the original Getzen case, but the trumpet fits in there just fine. Case is well padded and is in very good condition.
