Orange printed wrapper in fair condition only with chips to all edges and mostly detached spine. Interior leaves on Chinese paper mostly clean; paper has several wrinkles as produced.
Scarce Jeffers/Grabhorn item privately printed for arts patron Albert M. Bender by Edwin Grabhorn. Color wood engraving of Jeffers by Dorothy Grover who provided artwork for many Grabhorn projects. Facsimile of manuscript poem with printed poem. Limited to 135 copies. (Grabhorn 261)
