This is the classic Middleby Marshall PS 360Q - the workhorse of the pizza industry. These ovens were built for reliability and consistency. This high capacity unit is capable of baking more than 150 pizzas per hour.

Pickup and Removal Requirements
Helpful if the buyer has experience disassembling Middleby Marshall PS360-series ovens. This double-stack oven must be partially disassembled to fit through the restaurant doorway (standard single width door). The oven components are extremely heavy - a lifting device that fits through a standard height single-width door (for example, a low-profile walk-behind electric counterbalanced stacker), and a heavy duty equipment skate are recommended.
Buyer is responsible for bringing:
- Sufficient help
- All necessary tools
- Appropriate lifting / moving equipment
- Disconnection of the gas connections
- Disassembly, removal, loading, and transportation
