Designed to work with an 80 qt. bowl on Hobart HL800 and HL1400 all-purpose Legacy mixers, this IWIRE-HL80 “I” stainless-steel heavy-duty wire whip is perfect for heavy whipping ingredients to make sponge cakes and light marshmallow. This product’s recommended setting is third or fourth speeds.

Standard shipping is free to commercial locations equipped with a dock or forklift. For residential deliveries or shipments requiring lift-gate service, a small additional fee will apply (see fee schedule below).
