Outer case is worn but solid. I do not know if this is functional, it was supposed to be when I purchased it many years ago.The power fuse is a light bulb that does not light up but my voltage tester shows voltage in the bulb socket, so may just need a new bulb.
Selling with no guarantee but this was stored in a climate-controlled environment.
I found the manual and will include that.
