My goal is to always ship within 24 hours of receiving the payment. If the shipping cost that quotes you greatly exceeds the actual cost, I provide a partial refund.
I ship most of my items through UPS. If the Postal Service loses a package, I file a claim or open a case, and I never hear from them again. If UPS loses or damages a package, I can get a full refund including shipping fees.
