All plants are packed in heat sealed, durable plastic bags to maintain moisture, wrapped in cushioning foam or bubble wrap, and sent in durable boxes to prevent them from getting crushed!

  Please keep in mind that Live Arrival Guarantee will only guarantee that your plant will be healthy/with no damage upon arrival. We don\'t guarantee that you will be successful at keeping them and this is because of the fact that your aquarium might not have the perfect environment to keep this species. If there are any issues upon arrival, simply send us a message and we will take care of you - a refund or a replacement will be provided, whichever is best for you.

• DOA: If you receive anything but a healthy plant, take 2 or 3 pictures in its unopened sealed bag and get in contact with us within 4 hours of the arrival of the package. We will get back to you after we\'ve successfully examined the picture. If the plant is indeed dead/melted/damaged, we will gladly send you a replacement or we\'ll refund you if the item is no longer in stock.

• Shipping: Shipped via USPS or UPS - All our plants are packed in heat sealed durable plastic bags. They are packed with enough water to be comfortable and plenty of oxygen that lasts up to 1 week. They are then wrapped around in bubble wrap or newspaper, and put in durable boxes to prevent them from getting crushed. Our Shipping days for Plants are Monday through Wednesday - orders placed on Wednesday after 7 a.m. (EST) will be shipped next Monday. This is done to avoid your plants getting stuck at a USPS facility over the weekend.
