This ICON G2 ratchet is designed and engineered in the USA, featuring split-pawl technology for exceptional strength and lasting performance. Developed in collaboration with professional technicians, and rigorously tested in both the field and lab, this G2 ratchet meets the highest standards of quality and durability. The ratchet mechanism is engineered for maximum strength and precision, eliminating free play for an immediate bite at the start of each swing. Additionally, the internal tolerances are reduced to minimize back drag, enabling easy removal of loose fasteners and ensuring smooth ratcheting. The flex head has a precision-machined locking lever that makes 5 points of contact for ultrastrong holding power and plenty of torque to break loose or tighten fasteners. The locking mechanism has 9 different positions at 16.5˚ increments and a total range of 132˚. When not set to locking, the ratchet head rotates a full 180˚.
