For larger items that might be shipped freight please confirm your shipping address in writing. Let us know if we will be sending to a business or residential address. If a business, do you have a dock or will lift gate services be necessary? Also, if a business we will need the business name and contact phone number
Please allow extra time for items that will be shipping freight. This will allow us to palletize the unit if need be and get it packaged correctly for shipment.
- Inside delivery is not included on freight shipments. They will deliver curbside or onto your loading dock. Inside delivery is an extra service that we would have to charge for. Please advise if you would like inside delivery and we can apply extra charges to the shipping as needed.
Also for items that might have arrived damaged. Please make sure and take pictures of the unit that was damaged along with the packaging that it was sent in. This way we can resolve the issue prudently and send you a new unit or issue a refund.
