Hand-PaintedCollectible Tin Miniature from the Holy Scriptures Series | Scale1:32 (54mm)
JesusKnocking at the Door captures a quiet moment of invitationand choice. Jesus stands before a heavy doorway, one hand raised toknock, while the closed door becomes an important part of thecomposition itself. The scene is closely associated with Revelation3:20 and the image of Christ waiting to be welcomed rather thanforcing His way inside.
The composition focuses on the stillness of the moment. Jesus isshown alone, without a crowd or dramatic action, which gives theminiature a more personal and reflective character. The tall textureddoorway, stonework, clothing folds, and restrained pose create astrong vertical composition and make the figure interesting fromseveral viewing angles.
Cast in tin/white metal and produced in approximately 54mm scale (1:32), this version is professionallyhand-painted and ready for display. Carefully appliedcolors, shading, highlights, and weathering help emphasize thesculpted details of the clothing, stonework, doorway, and surroundingtextures.
The finished painting gives the scene additional depth andatmosphere while preserving the quiet, contemplative character of theoriginal composition. No painting is required — the miniature canbe placed directly into a display cabinet, Christian collection, orScripture-themed setting.
This piece works especially well as a standalone display miniatureor as part of a larger collection based on scenes from Scripture.
Great for: biblical miniature collections,Christian displays, religious décor, collectors of hand-paintedfigures, and meaningful Christian gifts.
🎨Artistic painting: each figure is finished as a standalone artwork.Thin glazes create natural transitions in the skin and garments; softhighlights define the folds of the robe and the wrapped headcloth;the fleece is painted with delicate tonal variation to emphasize itstexture; the bowl, food, and wooden elements receive subtle earthyaccents; the base is rendered in warm sandstone and dry grass toneswith gentle dusting for depth and realism. No two pieces areidentical—brush texture and shade nuances are unique to everyfigure.
