Up for sale here is this rebuild kit for a Kenwood KR-5150. This includes all the parts you need to rebuild a Kenwood KR-5150, and includes upgraded replacement main capacitors. This does not include new lights, fuses, or any amp board resistors. This also does not include the output transistors, but if you need to replace them, the correct replacements are four MJ21196G (replaces 2SC1030 or 2SC1111), available here. No tuner parts are included--if your tuner is working fine now, just leave it alone.
These are all high-quality brand new genuineparts. These are the same parts I use when I rebuild Kenwood equipment.
I will include a surprisingly well-written instruction sheet, but rebuilding a receiver is fairly complicated, and you should know what you\'re doing and have a decent soldering iron and a dim-bulb tester, as well as a little heat-sink compound. This kit may not fix your Kenwood, but it\'s fairly likely that it will, and it will definitely help it run better.
