This premium version of my popular GMT800 cup holder adds integrated warm-white accent lighting around the cup holders and storage area for a clean, factory-inspired nighttime appearance. The lighting connects to the vehicle's dash illumination circuit so it comes on with your interior/dash lighting.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
This is the complete version of the cup holder and includes:
- LED-backlit center console cup holder
- Interchangeable front inserts for multiple cup/storage configurations
- Your choice of colored TPU anti-slip inserts
- Wiring and hardware needed to connect the lighting
- Everything needed to tap into the factory illumination circuit
No need to choose between the different front insert configurations when ordering — they're included so you can change the layout whenever you want.
INTEGRATED BACKLIGHTING
The lighting isn't simply an LED added to the console. The cup holder was designed around integrated illumination, creating a continuous glow around the cup holders and front storage area.
The warm-white LEDs pair especially well with the factory GMT800 interior lighting while illuminating the colored inserts. Choose the accent color that works best with your truck.
The lighting is designed to connect to the factory dash illumination circuit behind the HVAC/heater controls.

WHY UPGRADE THE FACTORY CUP HOLDER?
The original console only provides two shallow, wide cup holders that don't do a particularly good job of holding many modern cups and bottles.
My redesigned console makes better use of the available space:
- Two large, deep rear cup holders provide much better support for large drinks and tumblers.
- The interchangeable front section adds additional cup holders or a large storage area.
- Multiple configurations let you set up the console for what you're carrying.
- Flexible TPU inserts provide an anti-slip surface and add your choice of accent color.
- Integrated illumination gives the console a custom appearance at night.
- Depending on the installed front insert, the console can accommodate up to four drinks while retaining useful storage space.
MATERIALS
The main console is 3D printed in automotive-appropriate ASA plastic, selected for its excellent temperature and UV resistance. I do not use PLA for these parts.
The removable colored inserts are printed from flexible TPU, providing a durable, slightly grippy surface for cups and other items.
VEHICLE FITMENT
Designed for the factory center consoles found in:
- 2003-2006 and 2007 Classic
- Chevrolet Silverado
- GMC Sierra
- Chevrolet Tahoe
- Chevrolet Suburban
- Chevrolet Avalanche
- GMC Yukon
Important: Not compatible with Yukon Denali or Cadillac Escalade consoles of the same generation because they use a different console design.
Replaces/upgrades factory cup holder part numbers />
INSTALLATION
Installation requires removing the factory cup holder and making a small modification to the plastic contour at the front-center of the console. This allows the larger replacement cup holder to drop into place.
The LED version also requires accessing the wiring behind the HVAC controls and tapping into the dash illumination circuit. The required wiring components are included.
