Here is a Very Clean MCS-3825 Amp and 3701 Tuner. The Modular Component System was manufactured in Japan and sold by JC Penny. It uses a lot of components from big name brand stereo manufacturers and has been cleaned, tested and everything works fine. I have installed all new LED\'s. Includes 4 aluminum Rack Handles. These Units do have some minor case Scratches but still look great. The unit has not been recapped as it is fully functioning.The fixed shipping fee is for the Lower 48 US States and will include Insurance in case of any shipping damage.
