Morning Glory Heavenly Blue seeds germinate fast, and they can be started indoors in containers. Also commonly called Grannyvine, Ipomoea Tricolor features large, heart shaped, bright green leaves and produces showy, trumpet-shaped heavenly blue flowers blooming through summer and fall attracting bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. Morning Glory flowers are prolific and downright gorgeous, and the vine is immensely versatile as an ornamental plant.Morning Glory Heavenly Blue is usually grown as an annual vine, and in warm to hot weather, a young plant or seedling can grow very fast and cover an arbor, fence, trellis or other vertical support in record time. For domestic U.S. shipments, safe delivery is guaranteed, and if the shipment is insured, the seeds lost or damaged during shipment will be replaced at seller\'s expense. Claims must be made within 15 days of shipment. All other replacements, refunds, returns and exchanges will be made at the sole discretion of the seller.

Liability, whether contractual, for negligence or otherwise, is limited in all respects to the amount of the purchase price of the seeds, regardless of the nature, cause or extent of the loss.
