Marvel Agents of SHIELD Seasons 1-5 onBLU-RAY
This bundle contains the first 5 seasons (each in their own case). A summary of each season:
SEASON 1The mind-blowing saga that began in Marvel’s The Avengers continues in ABC’s action-packed series, Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. — The Complete First Season. In the wake of The Battle of New York, the world has changed forever. An extraordinary landscape of wonders has been revealed! In response, mysteriously resurrected Agent Phil Coulson assembles an elite team of skilled agents and operatives: Melinda May, Grant Ward, Leo Fitz, Jemma Simmons and new recruit/computer hacker Skye.
SEASON 2The second season of the action drama spin-off from \'Marvel Avengers Assemble\' (2012). Clark Gregg reprises his role from the film as Agent Phil Coulsen, who runs an elite team for the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division. Together these agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. must investigate and hunt down strange occurrences posed by new threats and a rising number of supervillains.
SEASON 3Gear up for explosive action and mind-blowing adventure when Hydra’s ancient origins and ultimate agenda are revealed in the epic, game-changing third season of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. The survival of mankind hangs in the balance as Director Phil Coulson and his Agents battle an otherworldly evil. Devastated by the apparent loss of Jemma Simmons, Leo Fitz risks everything to rescue her. Agent May rejoins the team—only to discover a terrible truth about her ex-husband, Dr. Andrew Garner. Meanwhile, after the release of Terrigen, the U.S. government creates the ATCU (Advanced Threat Containment Unit) to monitor emerging Inhumans. But the program is actually a smoke screen for the sinister machinations of Hydra’s leader Gideon Malick, who joins forces with treacherous ex-S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Grant Ward. The resulting carnage spurs Coulson to exact a revenge that will ultimately backfire, unleashing apocalyptic consequences in the form of a terrifying alien entity known as Hive. To help combat this threat, Agent Daisy Johnson organizes a small band of Inhuman “Secret Warriors,” not knowing that she will soon meet her match and once again be forced to make a heartbreaking sacrifice.
SEASON 4Amid shifting loyalties and growing anti-Inhuman sentiment, Agent Daisy Johnson (\"Quake\") has gone rogue. But she returns after the terrifying \"Ghost Rider\" leaves a trail of scorched bodies in his wake. Then, corrupted by \"The Darkhold\", a mysterious and powerful book, Life Model Decoy (LMD) AIDA creates replicas of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents and imprisons their minds in The Framework: a deadly virtual reality simulation in which Hydra reigns supreme.
SEASON 5An impending apocalypse raises the stakes and shatters the boundaries of time and space in Marvel\'s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.- The Complete Fifth Season. Following their escape from AIDA\'s virtual Framework, the team find the \"real world\" even more daunting when they\'re transported to outer space and catapulted into a terrifying future where the last humans alive barely exist under the sadistic rule of the Kree. Mankind\'s only hope of avoiding extinction is if S.H.I.E.L.D. can get back to their own time and avert the Earth being cracked apart by the prophesied \"Destroyer of Worlds\"... Agent Daisy Johnson!
