Mego World\'s Greatest Super-Heroes \"Batman\'s Arch Enemy\" The Penguin, 8-inch retro action figure with a cloth tuxedo outfit and top hat.
This is the modern Mego reissue with the holographic 50th Anniversary World\'s Greatest Super-Heroes sticker, in retro-style window box packaging. It is not a vintage 1970s original.
New and unopened in the original box.
Box condition: The figure is untouched, but the box has shelf wear. There are worn and slightly crushed corners, scuffing with some white paper showing on the back panel (lower left and right edge), general edge wear, and surface scratches on the window plastic. Please see all photos, since they are part of the description.
Ships securely in a box with padding to prevent further damage.
