OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEDGES TO YOU AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION:
SPECIAL COMMENT ON response: Please note that sadly we received one negative response in Fall 2021. This is only about the 5th one we have received in 20 years and as always it was horribly inappropriate. This buyer was given a full refund and his only complaint was the box which was advertised as a partial box and he did not like it still. Another reason why \'s system needs some fixing! If a full refund is given, no one should be allowed to give negative response when the refund was made and all communications were made in a timely fashion!
OVERALL: We believe we have some of the best response comments on andthe best customer service possible. Please email us if there are any problems usings system as we can no longer supply phone numbers.
We have never mistreated any customer and will refund your money usually within 48 business hours when the occasional unexpected problem occurs & pay for return costs when it is our fault. In addition we usually give you something extra back when a problem occurs! No other mail order company does this! Items are as described, we are not responsible for you not liking an item if it is described correctly! New with Tags does not in parlance always mean that an item has tags on it, it may just have original packaging but in 95% of the cases our items do have the tags and packaging!
Please communicate with us and we will always take care of your problem. We will respond to your inquiry normally within 72 hours (s suggested response time) or usually with 24 hours. If you do not hear from us it means your email did notreach us. If we don\'t we offer a $100 reward and please be so kind to give uspositive response! It is very important to all sellers!
SHIPPING:We normally ship in one business day (no shipping on Sat., Sunday and all holidays religious or otherwise!). Our shipping costs are averaged and there is no handling fee. If you find any discrepancy please notify us. Please include your phone number and correctfull address (apt.#, etc.) in your address. If youwant to sign for your package please call us. Please note that \'s shipping estimates are estimates only AND WE WILL ALWAYS SHIP DOMESTICALLY BY A METHOD OF OUR CHOICE (USUALLY USPS, (SOME OF OUR OLDER LISTINGS MAY SAY FEDEX BECAUSE IT TAKES FOREVER TO UPDATE THESE INDIVIDUALLY!) REGARDLESS OF WHAT TEXT IN THE DESCRIPTION SAYS IN ORDER TO KEEP OUR PRICES LOW. WE DO OUR BEST TO GET THINGS TO YOU, BUT CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPER GETTING THINGS LOST! Shipping West of Denver Colorado may take up to ten days. Please notify us if you do not receive any item in ten days or less. INSURANCE: All items are shipped insured.
RETURNS: We will refund your money if you return your item (send it to us) within 30 days of your purchase. Item must not be worn or have protective coatings or other signs of newness removed.
