Where it ships from. Florida, USA.
How fast it goes out. Same business day if you order before 2 PM ET, otherwise the next business day. Weekends and national holidays aren’t counted as transit days by the carriers.
How long it takes. Typically 2–4 business days once it’s moving. Tracking posts to your order as soon as the label gets its first scan.
How it’s packed. Heads wrapped individually, shafts bundled and braced, then double-boxed. Peak season and severe weather can slow carriers down — if that happens to your order, I’ll message you rather than leave you guessing.
Returns
These go out new and unplayed, and that’s the only condition they can come back in. A return has to arrive in its original unopened packaging — plastic sleeves, headcovers and boxing intact. Once a club has been hit, it isn’t returnable.
The window is 30 days from delivery. Returns carry a 10% restocking fee, which covers the outbound shipping and the selling fees that don’t come back to me on a cancelled sale, and return postage is on you.

Yes — black finishes wear faster than chrome once you start playing them, particularly on the sole and leading edge. That’s normal for the finish rather than a defect, and worth knowing before you buy. This set hasn’t been played, so it starts clean. Should I take the protective film off? Yes, before you play them. It peels off cleanly. Leaving it on won’t preserve anything and it’ll shred on the first few strikes. Do headcovers come with it? Yes, headcovers are included.
