Hi - This listing is for a Sony Video 8 CCD-M8U Camera Recorder and EV-C8U 8mm Player, Complete Kit in the Fitted Sony Hard Case.
This set has been kept unused in its original factory bags and has not been powered on. The NP-22 battery pack dates to 1985 and should be assumed dead, as any nickel-cadmium pack of that age would be.
Sony introduced the Video 8 format in 1985, and the CCD-M8 was the smallest camcorder in the world at the time. Everything shown is included and still seated in its own molded slot in the fitted Sony case.
