These caps go missing and are hard to find. This was reverse-engineered from an original CR-5 button and produced as a precision 3D-printed reproduction.This cap fits any button position on the CR\'s front panel (transport controls, Fader ∧/∨, Rec Mute, etc.) they\'re all the same shape and mounting, so one cap works wherever your deck needs it.Fit and function confirmed. Snap-fit legs seat correctly into the panel, and the button actuates its switch normally.Please note: this cap does not include the internal light pipe / backlight diffuser insert. The hole is left open for the light to travel through.This is a reverse-engineered reproduction not an official Nakamichi part. Made to help other CR-7 and CR-5 owners keep their decks running and looking good.Buttons may contain slight imperfections but it should look good and have no issues fitting into your deck and will line up closely with the originals. I was able to push them into place and use the button without any use of glue or adhesive. You might have to work it back and fourth a bit when installing the button to get it to the proper place but it should snap right in.
