We have three warehouses located in Anaheim, CA, Memphis, TN, and Dayton, NJ. In general, we ship out products based on the closest distance UNLESS the closer warehouse is out of stock for the specific products that customers have ordered. Your kind consideration is highly appreciated.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before we send your package out. If you must modify your shipping address after the package is sent out, reshipping cost plus a fee of $10% of the item value will apply.

If your item has been damaged in transit or becomes faulty in the warranty period, please email us with pictures or videos to show the problem.
