These are used Italian Military combination tools for the BM59 rifle.This tool is just about identical to the U.S. GI combo tool with the exception of an added 6mm hex drive to remove and install the gas lock screw. They are used but in good condition. The one pictured is a representation of the one you will receive. No International Sales.
