It does work but has a jam feed error that happens often, not sure it it needs a good cleaning and lubrication or ? Has a bunch of cosmetic wear from normal use. Comes with a foot pedal and an almost full roll of banding. Please ask any questions. Local pickup in southern Minnesota or I could ship freight but the buyer will have to setup the freighter and pay shipping costs. I have a way to load it on the freighter.
